Youth can raise up to $2,000 for their local youth-based nonprofit organization by working hard to clean up illegal dumping sites in our community..Now in its twelfth year, the Community Leaders Enhancing Area Neighborhoods (C.L.E.A.N.) Youth Force program benefits communities and provides an opportunity for youth to financially support their clubs and organizations. The community clean-up program is sponsored by Supervisor V.
