RIVERSIDE – The Riverside County Board of Supervisors today approved an initial allocation of $5.7 million towards the Palm Springs Navigation Campus, a county and city partnership to address homelessness in the Coachella Valley.

The Riverside County Department of Waste Resources, in cooperation with Burrtec, has scheduled a free household hazardous waste collection event from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, December 18 at the Edom Hill Transfer Station, located at 70-100 Edom Hill Road, Cathedral City, CA 92235.
