The Riverside County Department of Waste Resources, in cooperation with Burrtec, has scheduled a free household hazardous waste collection event from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 8 at the Edom Hill Transfer Station, located at 70-100 Edom Hill Road, Cathedral City, CA 92235.

DESERT EDGE/SKY VALLEY – Burrtec is holding a free paper shredding and tire disposal event on Saturday, April 24 for residents of the unincorporated communities near Edom Hill Transfer Station. These include the communities of Desert Edge, Sky Valley and Thousand Palms, and the unincorporated communities adjacent to the City of Desert Hot Springs.
