Now in its twelfth year, the Community Leaders Enhancing Area Neighborhoods (C.L.E.A.N.) Youth Force program benefits communities and provides an opportunity for youth to financially support their clubs and organizations. The community clean-up program is sponsored by Supervisor V. Manuel Perez and the Riverside County Economic Development Agency.

The C.L.E.A.N. Youth Force program is currently seeking applications from youth-based nonprofit organizations in the Fourth District to sign up for cleanup events through spring 2020.
Organizations and clubs must be located within the Fourth District, commit the funds to meet the needs of local youth in the community and submit proof of their 501(c)(3) status with the IRS. Groups must commit a minimum of 20 students. Clean-up events take place between 7 a.m. and noon at sites within the communities of the Fourth District. Equipment will be provided and trash will be collected by the local waste hauler.
The deadline to apply is Oct. 10, 2019. Funds are limited and applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
